Yes—completely free. There is no trial, subscription, monthly fee, or credit card required. You can create one reservation calendar, publish its booking page, manage reservations, and use every available booking control at no cost.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests open your public booking link in any modern browser, choose a date, time, and party size, then enter their contact details. There is nothing to install and no guest account to create.
How does it help prevent overbooking?
You set service hours, reservation duration, slot intervals, party-size limits, and the maximum number of guests allowed per slot. Menupresso checks existing pending and confirmed reservations before offering a time.
Can I approve reservations manually?
Yes. Choose automatic confirmation when bookings should be accepted immediately, or manual approval when you want each new request to remain pending until your team reviews it.
Are Telegram notifications required?
No. Telegram alerts are completely optional. If enabled, your restaurant can receive a message when a new reservation arrives; otherwise, reservations simply appear in your dashboard.
How long are old reservations kept?
Reservations remain available for 30 days after their reservation date and are then automatically removed from the dashboard and database.
